3. Standard Research Agreements

3.1  Agreements are available for use by UWA staff and students only. UWA is the owner of the copyright in them and unauthorised use will be monitored. The University may require particular terms to be included, varied, added or deleted depending on each particular circumstance. The tailoring of any agreement to meet the individual requirements should be done by or in conjunction with the Legal Services Office.
